Transform Within, Shine Beyond!
The Alchemy of Autumn Retreat:
Oct 8-12, New Hampshire
A Sacred Invitation Awaits You!
What if this autumn weren’t just another season of letting go...but the season you came home to yourself?
You’ve been holding so much.
So many roles. So many expectations. So many quiet desires that whisper when the world goes still.
This 4-day retreat is your pause.
A sacred container to release the noise, reclaim your truth, and remember the brilliance of who you are - before the world told you who to be.
This intimate experience is intentionally limited to SIX women to allow for deep connection, personalized coaching, and heartfelt transformation.
Take a look at what awaits you! Watch the video below to get a glimpse of the experience waiting for you and feel the space, the energy, the invitation.
Three Pillars of Transformation

Nature Immersion and Mountaintop Relaxation
Let the serenity of the mountains hold you.
Enjoy soul-soothing immersion in nature, with scenic hikes, lounging in the hot tub, quiet time in the sauna or gym, or exploring America’s top fall color highway.
Let your nervous system reset and your spirit breathe.
-

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel 30+ days before the retreat, we offer a full refund minus $250 processing fees, or within 30+ days you can transfer your session to someone else of your choice (unfortunately, at that late stage we are unable to find a replacement).

The retreat is in Gilford, New Hampshire (6-hour drive from Princeton).
Detailed directions and travel recommendations will be provided upon registration. While you can take a train to Boston, you will still need to drive or take a bus from Boston to Gilford (approx. 90 min) and hence we recommend that you car-pool and drive with other members. It is the most efficient way. Once you register, we will have a getting to know each other session. We recommend arriving Wednesday 8th October between 5-8 pm to avoid traffic. I have personally done this trip 100 times plus and know the right times to leave. Similarly, return on Sunday morning. Want to take a train to Boston? No worries, we can recommend a bus service (30 min from our location) or a private taxi service. Please note: that Uber service is sparse here.
-
We'll send a detailed packing list, but essentials include comfortable clothing for indoor/outdoor activities, hiking shoes, layers for changing weather, and an open heart ready for transformation.
-
Absolutely! Our intimate group size and blend of group activities with personal reflection time creates a safe space for all personality types to shine authentically.
-
Most women come on their own and leave with deep, soul-level connections. However, if you would like to share a room with a friend, we can arrange for one of the single private room with a king bed or two doubles to be shared by both of you. Please note that each person will have to pay the shared room fee to do so. This space is curated for intimate, authentic growth and sisterhood - you’ll feel seen, supported, and elevated whether you come alone or with a friend.
-
You’ll complete a detailed intake form upon registration. We accommodate allergies, and health concerns with vegetarian meals and mindful attention to your well-being throughout the retreat.
-
